Lease durations are flexible and depend on your move-in date as well as any current specials we may have. Typically, our lease terms span from 5 to 15 months.
Great News! For a fully approved application, no deposit is required. However, a conditionally approved application may necessitate a security deposit of up to one month’s rent. A $200 administrative fee is charged per home (price is dependent on size of apartment) as well as a $80 per person application fee for every applicant over 18. Call the leasing office for additional details.

Wallis & Baker is a pet-friendly community, and we welcome your 4-legged family members! We accept dogs and cats only.
You are limited to 2 total pets per apartment, pet rent, and certain pet rules apply:
$400 Non- Refundable pet fee.
Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet (2 pet maximum). Your pet rent gives you access to our on-site dog park, coming soon!.
We do not have any weight restrictions on pets, but certain breed restrictions do apply.

Certainly! Rest assured, we’ve got you covered when it comes to staying connected. At Wallis & Baker, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in both indoor and outdoor community spaces, including the leasing center, clubrooms, fitness center, and courtyards.
Wallis and Baker is proud to be a smoke-free community. This means that all our common areas (indoors and outdoors) as well as ALL apartment and townhome interiors and select patios, terraces and yards are non-smoking, creating a healthy and clean community for our current and future residents.
We’re doing what we can with a community-wide recycling program for all residents who want to participate. Our trash service will pick up your trash and recycling at designated locations. You can purchase your own recycling trash bags from the local store Glad, Hefty and Husky each have their own options.
Yes! We would love to have your friends and family join our community. Current residents who refer a friend receive a $250 rent credit after move-in. Ask any of our leasing agents for details on this program.
